I was in the market for a new pool table. After some research, I decided to go to Elko. I’m glad I did.

As soon as you walk through the door, you will be greeted by an Elko staff member and or an Elko owner who, through their actions and energy, let you know customer service is a top priority.

Josh was the salesman who assisted me. Josh was knowledgeable, personable, professional and responsive. I was also assisted by Kimberly Elko who was also knowledgeable and very engaging.

I am very happy with my purchase. The entire transaction was flawless from purchase to installation (installers were great too!). Quality products, competitive pricing, and great people.

We purchased a Hotspring Envoy Spa from Elko and ran into electrical issues. The service team at Elko was exceptional at responding to our calls and getting a tech out to diagnose the problem. After going back and forth with the electrician and Elko tech (Andrew), our spa is now working beautifully! I give Andrew 5 stars for his patience, responsiveness, and knowledge. He contacted the electrician and was able to communicate the issue with the wiring and the problem was solved. Andrew is a great asset to the company. Only con is I would recommend that the sales team provide the customer with a list of Electrical companies that are familiar with the electrical installation of their products. This would eliminate the situation we ran into.

Overall, we are very satisfied with our Spa and would recommend Elko.

ELKO Spas did a magnificent job servicing and proving great piece of mind. Provided excellent service and workmanship. I’ve had a total of 3 Hotspring spas (2 Grandee and now Envoy ) since 1989!. Showroom is phenomenal many tubs on display. Highly recommend !!! ELKO Rocks!!

Bought the Jetsetter LX. Jackie was extremely helpful addressing our needs for the size hot tub we could use. Hot tubs are very good quality. Would highly recommend!

Elko spas service department and delivery crew are exceptional human beings. Kristen is the service manager coordinates the team. Patient and pleasant to work with. The delivery team with Esrick at the lead is patient and workmanship is second to none. They know what they are doing and they like what they are doing! Very Efficient and a pleasure to work with! Elko will take care of you on deliver and set up.

I was looking to purchase a new spa/hot tub, and had done vigorous research, but I was torn between two models. I visited Elko, as it was right down the street, to start my research project. I was greeted by Mary Kate, a very pleasant young lady with an infectious smile. We browsed the store and she asked me several questions about my needs, and within minutes she was assisting me into each and every spa! She wanted me to see the difference in the various seating positions, and good thing, because the spa I was set on did not fit me so well. She told me about every single one of them, and even some that were not on the showroom floor that she thought I would be interested in. She truly had my best interest at heart. She listened to what I wanted in a spa and she listened to my medical issues and handicaps, within an hour I ordered my new spa. It should arrive in four weeks!! I’m very excited. I highly recommend speaking with Mary Kate if you are in the market for a new hot tub\spa.

I have used Elko Spas for years for my spa chemical needs and other. Always the nicest and professional people with fair prices. Recently, my spa broke and I dealt with Hannah for customer service, and Billy the Repair tech. Both far exceeded my expectations. Hannah, friendly and helpful. Billy, the best spa repair person I can imagine, even non-Elko products. Parts replaced and works great. Thanks for the help and great service. Look up Elko for all your needs, but remember to call them up if you need a repair. Great company !!

I purchased a Flash, the delivery team was seamless in putting the tub exactly to the inch of where I wanted it. Explained everything they were doing and just a great group to deliver the tub. Esrik, Pierre, Manny and Gordon were amazing. Left no trash and even cleaned the spa by hand to make sure it was shining! Thank you so much and I can’t wait to use it.
